In 1963, Peter Parker the teenager wove his first web and became Spider-Man. Fifty years later, he’s not much older. Time works differently in comics, but what if it didn’t? What if fifty years in the real world meant fifty years in the Marvel Comics Universe? Where would our favorite heroes be then?

Ben Barton is a third-generation Spider-Man, and although his surname is different, he definitely feels as though he's inherited the "Parker Luck." Born a twin, he feels his sister got all the "cool" powers. Ben is superhumanly agile, grows paralytic barbs from his forearms (that he plucks and keeps in his ankle pouches), has a double-jump ability, and the good ol' fashioned spider-sense.
Ben wears versions of his Grampa Peter's web-shooters, and has been trained in combat and archery by his other grandfather... one Clint "Hawkeye" Barton.
His costume is a combination of his two grandfathers' costumes, with some elements of his "Great Uncle Ben's" old costume; he has two escrima sticks he keeps in pockets on the back of the hoodie.
Ben Barton, that talkative, sarcastic teen trying to make his way in a world he never made, is the Bombastic Spider-Man!
Art by TK. Spider-Man, Hawkeye, etc, property of Marvel Comics.
